Promotional items purchased using the Black Friday promotional code BLACKFRIDAY20, are not eligible for a refund, and can only be returned for a credit note, within 19 days of purchase. We will not be issuing refunds for change of mind on promotional purchases.

La Tribe reserves the right to update these terms at any time. La Tribe's website is hosted by Shopify, which provide us with the e-commerce platform in order for us to sell our products and services to you.

Payment

All payments are to be made in full, inclusive of postage charges, via credit or debit card. Only one payment transaction can be made per order. Pricing on the website is listed in $NZD and will be charged in $NZD to your card. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard or Debit card.

The payment system used by La Tribe is 'Payment Express’ a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. This ensures no record of your credit or debit card details are held by, La Tribe as this is a secure gateway payment for online payment.

All orders are processed through a secure checkout system interfaced with DPS that encodes sensitive information like your credit card number when it passes through the internet. We take our website security seriously, we have implemented reasonable security measures and have procedures in place in order to safeguard your personal details. However we cannot be held responsible or liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the La Tribe Online Store.

    All our prices are in NZD and prices are inclusive of Goods and Service Tax (GST). Prices shown are exclusive of delivery costs.

    Disclaimer

    The price charged to your credit card may change due to exchange rate fluctuations. That is because we are based in New Zealand and we have to convert your purchase to your currency on the day the order is processed.

    Stock Availability

    In the unfortunate event that an error is made and an item is out of stock but paid for in full, you will be notified and you will receive a full refund as soon as possible. 

    Sale Items

    There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items. However if the product is faulty we will do our best to replace the product and if that isn’t possible we will refund at the sale price you purchased the product at. 

    Markdown prices are subject to adjustment without notice.

    Discounts

    Any sign-up promotions or offers can not be used on sale items. All promotions and discounts can not be used in conjunction with another.

    Lost Parcels

    If you’re not home when a driver attempts delivery, they will take it to their depot.
    If they’ve done so, you will need to get in contact with the courier company to arrange redelivery/collection. La Tribe does not take responsibility for items left.

    In the unfortunate event that a parcel is lost in transit, a claim must be made within 14 days of the order date and once the investigation is completed and confirmed lost during transit, La Tribe will replace or refund the item. However, if the order can be tracked and traced to have arrived at its final destination, La Tribe is not liable for the order. 

    After 30 days of shipment date, La Tribe will no longer be liable to claim for lost delivery or for the receival of your order, please be proactive if you have any delivery issues and we will do our best to find a solution right away. Anything outside of 30 days will need to be done independently with the courier service.

    Cancellation Policy
