Crafted with care and precision, we are so excited to have collaborated with acclaimed New Zealand designer Caitlin Crisp to unveil two pairs of espadrilles, embodying the essence of summer.
Blending our modern aesthetic and quality craftsmanship with Caitlin Crisp’s timeless and playful design philosophy, the espadrilles are handcrafted in Portugal from Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified canvas. Set on a woven wedge heel with woven jute braided edging and a flattering rounded toe.
"We have had the privilege of working with Caitlin for some years now supporting her catwalk shows with our shoes and slippers. We have really enjoyed working with her and her team, their energy and flair for creating pieces that are both elegant and fun, so thought it would be exciting to create something together. The espadrille is the classic summer shoe that can equally be paired with trousers and a crisp white shirt which is more my aesthetic, or a beautiful floaty dress which reminds me of Caitlin’s designs. Inspired by an idyllic summer filled with sun-soaked garden gatherings that turn into balmy evenings, the espadrilles are sand and lawn-friendly whilst being incredibly comfortable.
Available in Black and Crudo, each shoe comes with the addition of two sets of interchangeable ties - one matching set, and one set of broderie lace straps.
